Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at nandiyaislami02@gmail.com with your order number and a description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.

In most cases, you will not need to ship the item back to us, and we will issue a refund or replacement directly. However, for certain items, you may be asked to return the product before your refund is processed. If this applies to your order, we will provide the return address and instructions, and return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at nandiyaislami02@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right — at no additional cost to you.

 

Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may have already been processed and shipped by our fulfillment partner, and we may no longer be able to cancel it. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at nandiyaislami02@gmail.com with your order number.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a return for the item you have, and once approved, place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

 

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve reviewed your return request and let you know if it’s approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
